What to Expect:
The focus of this workshop is settling your mind and body. As a participant, you will learn breathing and meditation techniques as well as how to tune into your senses as a source of calm.
In her unique blend of sacred stories and nature images, Sally will guide you through a calming exercise. This guided visualization will contain vibrant descriptions of how nature comes alive helping you envision the scene. We will also use herbal teas and calming smells to recenter your life.
No matter how you arrive, you’ll leave the workshop feeling refreshed and reset.
